At Prathmesh Hospital, we believe healthcare isn’t just about treating illness—it’s about showing up, being present, and caring for people where they are. That belief came to life this past Friday in Nawapara, where we joined hands with Nagar Sahu Samaj to host a free health check-up and consultation camp for the local community.
Held at the Sahu Samaj Student Hostel and guided by Dr. Tejendra Sahu from the Community Health Center Nawapara, the camp welcomed hundreds of residents who came not just for tests—but for reassurance, answers, and support.
More Than Just Tests—It Was Care That Mattered
From the moment the camp opened, the energy was both hopeful and heartwarming. Our expert team, including Dr. Sulabh Chandrakar (Cardiologist) and Dr. Rajeev Sahu (Neurology Specialist), along with Public Relations Officer Mr. Surjeet Sahu and our dedicated medical staff, offered:
Free blood pressure, sugar, and ECG testing
Personal consultations and guidance tailored to each patient
Conversations filled with compassion, not just clinical terms
For many attendees, it wasn’t just a routine check—it was a rare opportunity to understand their health better and receive direct advice from specialists they might not otherwise access.
A Strong Community Presence
What made the event even more special was the overwhelming support from the local leadership. Distinguished members of the community—including Mrs. Omkumari-Sanjay Sahu (Municipal President), Dr. Leelaram Sahu (Senior Journalist & Vice President, Chhattisgarh Sahu Sangh), and many respected elders and representatives—joined us to encourage the initiative.
Their presence reinforced a simple truth: when community and healthcare come together, change happens.
Healthcare That Reaches You—Not the Other Way Around
This camp wasn’t just a one-day event. It was part of Prathmesh Hospital’s larger mission to ensure that access to quality medical care isn’t a luxury limited to cities—it’s a right that belongs to every individual, no matter where they live.
We’re proud of the hundreds of people who came out to prioritize their health, ask questions, and take the first step toward better living.
This camp reminded us that real impact starts with small steps—like showing up, listening, and caring. At Prathmesh Hospital, we’re committed to continuing this journey of community outreach, one village, one family, and one patient at a time. Because good health shouldn’t be a privilege—it should be a possibility for everyone.
